Retreats & Workshops

We have so much to offer here at the Princess and the Sea.

In Addition to operating as a guest cottage we have set aside certain weeks in the season to offer workshops and retreats.

Below you will find  special events coming up for 2021-2022.  If you have any questions, just drop us an email and we'll get back with you shortly.  Please know that  all our workshops and retreats have limited space.  Please reserve as soon as possible.

We hope to see you here as the restrictions begin to lift.

The Heart of the Song and more Creations

June 11th-18th 2022 Come be inspired!

Come spend the week with us creating, writing songs, poems, painting, photographing, painting rocks or driftwood, and, of course sitting on a log (or our moving blankets) on the Bay of Fundy .  Whatever your form of art is we look forward to gathering together here in Nova Scotia.

I 'll be there with my guitar, lots of drums & keys to share my heart and song.  This week may also surely spark the painter, poet or photographer in you.  I know it will  inspire the best of you.  We know that just sitting here on the porch will awaken your best self.

Come join us.  Warning, your cheeks might be sore from smiling.

Creativity Week includes:

  • Accommodations for 7 nights
  • Continental breakfast
  • Songwriting with Lucie
  • A wrap around porch overlooking the Bay of Fundy
  • Infinite moments of stargazing
  • A Friday Farewell Lobster dinner and art sharing

Space is limited so book soon.

It's a date with the sunset every night with you and your new friends.

Where Do You Want To Be More Brave in Your Life?

Everyday we experience uncertainty, risks, and emotional exposure that define what it means to be vulnerable.  Walking into a new situation, dating, in relationships, asking for what you need or simply doing something you have dreamed of doing for a long time, are all examples of  situations that make us feel vulnerable. Vulnerability is typically considered a weakness, but  what if it is,   in fact, our most accurate measure of courage and an opportunity to bring purpose  and meaning to our lives?

In this workshop, we will explore vulnerability as an invitation to call on your courage, examine what holds you back and consider how you can show up, be seen and live brave.
